Refund policy

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn’t work out, we will gladly accept unwanted or defective merchandise for return or exchange 

 

Not quite right for you? We understand that sometimes you change your mind and will happily accept returns & exchanges of most of our products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund or exchange your items must be returned to in the condition they were received. 

You can begin your refund/exchange process by following the below steps:

1. Pack up your order safely
2. Return to : 113 Windermere road , Stockport, SK1 4NN
3. Ensure to get proof of postage from the postal office

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your item is lost in the return post we will require proof of postage to honour the above policy.

Once we have the items back we will aim to refund your order within 3 working days.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
